This year’s World Radiography Day was the most successful yet with more than 1500 requests being received for packs to help departments celebrate the annual event. This compares with 400-plus requests in previous years.
SCoR members reported numerous events being held to celebrate the day, which is held each year to raise awareness of both diagnostic and therapeutic radiography and the roles of radiographers.
Sponsored for the second year running by Guerbet, the WRD packs contain a wide variety of items including posters, stickers, badges, leaflets and information cards.
